This means that even if you purchase a painting, print or down load an image from this site, either directly or indirectly, you are not permitted to re-produce any image either as a whole or in part, of my paintings for any commercial purpose without my prior written permission.

However if you are interested in using one of my images, please contact me as I will always be happy to consider such requests.


All prices shown and quoted do not include either framing or mounts, so please consider this when placing your order.

Mounts and frames can be supplied. Please contact me for prices as they can vary enormously with size, type of frame and mounts etc.


Most of my paintings are also able to be produced as prints in various sizes. I have a few in stock and others can be created for you. Please contact me if you are interested in a print to discuss size requirements and pricing.


All prices shown or quoted exclude carriage so please consider this when placing your order.

All paintings and prints will be packaged securely in a shower proof material and despatched by registered post.

Prints will be despatched within 5 working days as long as they are in stock, If they are not or you have commissioned a painting I will contact you to advise when they will be despatched.

You will need to provide a postage address at which there must be a recipient to sign for the goods.

VAT is NOT applicable.


Any commission or print purchased from www.rolandsart.co.uk may be returned for a full refund less carriage costs. Providing that the painting or print is returned within 21 days in the same condition that it was despatched in. Please inspect the goods immediately upon arrival and contact me if there are any problems.

However if the problem is with a commission I would prefer the opportunity to put right anything you may be unhappy with first. So in the first instance, with any problem please either telephone or email me and explain the problem.
